Can I purchase a gift certificate?
We don't offer gift certificates yet - check back soon
What is your return policy?
Our tickets are non-refundable. However, contact us if you would like to transfer your ticket to a different concert.
Do you offer a season ticket?
Yes! Our season ticket is the cheapest way to attend our concerts.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium tickets?
Premium tickets provide the best seating in the house. They are usually in the front rows in the stalls and balcony seating areas.
Why can't I see Early Bird tickets listed?
Our Early Bird tickets are available for sale up until the Early Bird cut-off date published for each concert.
Why do you charge a booking fee?
We use a ticketing platform called Ticket Tailor to administer tickets. This company charges a small fee to cover credit card processing and other costs. We believe it is the lowest cost booking fee available to us.
