As the applause faded on our memorable performance of Haydn's The Creation, which brought our 75th anniversary season to a close, we found ourselves reflecting on what makes Sheffield Chamber Orchestra so special. It is, of course, the music—but it is also the people, the partnerships and the shared commitment to enriching the cultural life of our city.
Now, as we prepare to unveil an exciting programme of concerts and artistic collaborations for our 2026–27 season, we are inviting local businesses to become part of that story.
A partnership with Sheffield Chamber Orchestra is about far more than placing a logo in a concert programme.
It is an opportunity to align your organisation with excellence, creativity and community. Our audiences are loyal, engaged and diverse, comprising professionals, families, educators, students and music lovers from across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. They value organisations that invest in their local community and help make ambitious cultural projects possible.
By supporting the orchestra, your business demonstrates a commitment to the arts, education and the vibrancy of Sheffield as a place to live, work and visit.
Every sponsorship is tailored to meet the objectives of the organisation involved. Depending on the level of support, benefits can include:
Prominent branding across concert programmes, posters, our website and social media channels.
Recognition at concerts and special events.
Hospitality opportunities for clients, colleagues and guests.
Employee engagement through access to live performances and behind-the-scenes experiences.
Opportunities to collaborate on community and educational initiatives.
Association with one of Sheffield's longest-established cultural organisations, soon to enter its 76th season.
Whether your business is seeking greater brand visibility, meaningful community engagement or unique opportunities to entertain clients, we can develop a partnership that delivers genuine value.
Our 2025–26 season has been one of the most ambitious in the orchestra's history, culminating in a standing ovation for our performance of Haydn's The Creation at Victoria Hall.
This success would not have been possible without the generous support of our 2025-26season sponsors, Agincare and Turner Violins. Their collaboration has enabled us to continue presenting performances of the highest quality while strengthening our connections with audiences and young musicians across the region. We are enormously grateful for their confidence in the orchestra and the contribution they have made to our anniversary year.
While we cannot reveal too much just yet, plans for the 2026–27 season are well advanced.
Audiences can look forward to another year of inspiring repertoire, outstanding guest artists, exciting collaborations and opportunities to discover both familiar masterpieces and less frequently performed gems. Continuing our commitment to nurturing young musicians and developing partnerships within Sheffield's thriving musical community will remain central to everything we do.
It promises to be another season that celebrates the power of live music to inspire, unite and enrich our city.
Corporate sponsorship plays a vital role in making these ambitions possible.
If your organisation would like to become associated with one of Sheffield's leading arts organisations and help shape the future of live orchestral music in our region, we would love to hear from you.
Whether you are interested in supporting an entire season, sponsoring an individual concert, funding a guest artist, emerging talent or educational project, or exploring a bespoke partnership, we are happy to discuss how we can work together.
Together, we can continue creating unforgettable musical experiences for audiences across Sheffield while demonstrating the positive impact that business and the arts can achieve through genuine partnership.
